We strive for perfection but once the packaged specimens are placed in the hands of the US Postal Service or other delivery service we, like you, are at their mercy.

On occasion a shipment may go missing or be delivered in an untimely manner.  We ask you to let us know when specimens are late and also to not file a complaint with Paypal.  When a complaint is filed Paypal raises the amount that they charge us per transaction.  In most cases we are already paying about 3% of the gross amount and additional charges hurts in a business like ours.  We will do whatever it takes to ensure that you are satisfied or are recompensated fully in the event that a problem arises.  If you do file a complaint with Paypal the respective dealer will hear about it instantly.  We will ask you to reverse the complaint and give a chance to make good on the problem.  If we don't then you can "take us to the cleaners".

Repeat filings of frivolous Paypal complaints will result in your permanent removal from the auction system.
